The session · two hours · 1:00 to 3:00 PM

The afternoon, in four parts.

Not a keynote. A working session on a live system, with part three done by you, on your own task. Nobody leaves with something explained. They leave with something running.

The job board

Real Vancouver job postings, sorted live

  • Open roles from local businesses on the screen, including yours if you send one
  • Which parts of each job an AI employee can take today, and which stay human
  • The five jobs that move money first: lead response, follow-up, the inbox, reporting, content
You leave withthe two or three jobs in your own business worth handing over first.
21:15 PM · 35 minutes
Hired on the clock

Three roles filled live, stopwatch running

  • A receptionist that answers, books the visit and follows up
  • An inbox secretary that files the mail and drafts every reply
  • A sales assistant that researches a lead and writes the follow-up
  • Next to each: what the job cost in dollars, against the salary on the posting
You leave witha clear picture of what an AI employee is, with numbers from a floor that runs today.

Hire your own AI employee

  • Pick one task from your own week you would give a good new hire
  • Write its job description, its shift, its tools and its rules, together
  • It does its first job while you watch
  • Set the checkpoint where a person says yes before anything goes out
You leave withan AI employee set up on your own task, already doing part of the job.

The plan

Your first 90 days

  • The one number each AI employee is judged on, and how to track it
  • The rules your team and your lawyer will sign off on
  • What to switch on next, and what to keep human
You leave witha one-page plan you can put in front of your team the next morning.
Part two runs on a stopwatch

Three postings. Three AI employees. The clock decides.

We put real job postings on the screen and hand each one to an AI employee in front of the room. The timer runs, the cost shows, and you judge the work.

Example board. On the day, the postings, the times and the costs are live in the room. A person approves anything that goes out. That rule comes with every hire.
Do the maths on your own week

What one repeated task costs you a year.

Pick the task you would hand over first. Move the sliders. This is the number part three goes after.

That one task costs you
$32,760
a year, in 936 hours of your team's time.

Hours a week × people × 52 weeks × hourly cost. Your numbers, simple arithmetic. In part three you hand that task to an AI employee and watch it do the first one.

Mixed rooms work best. An owner next to a front desk lead next to a sales manager, each hiring for their own work, and everyone sees where AI fits across a business.

It is not a technical session. Nobody writes code. If you can write an email and use a spreadsheet, you can hire an AI employee by 3:00 PM.

Where this has already run

Airlines, banks, tourism boards, real estate, shipping.

Real cohorts across seven markets, their own work on the screen. Vancouver is next.

It is an eye opener. I hope a lot more can attend this training. It will be beneficial to us personally, and the company.

Head of Customer Experience, a leading Singapore airline

Thank you for your exceptional efforts in introducing us to AI and teaching us how to use it effectively in our work.

Head of Logistics and Supply Chain, a Singapore shipping company

In one word: the trainer was a best fit and well connected with vast knowledge.

Who is at the front

Builders who teach from what they run.

SimplifyGenAI is an applied AI studio founded by Gurleen Khurana and Daksh Sharma. We build films, voice agents, AI employees and product photography for brands, and we run our own company on the same AI employees we teach. The Vancouver session is led by Gurleen.

Voice AI at scale. Two million calls a month, sustained for ten months.
A company run by AI employees. The secretary, the outreach desk, the reporting crew and the watchdog that checks the rest.

Before you ask

The questions people ask first.

Anything else: gurleen@simplifygenai.com

Is there a fee?
No. You are reserving a seat, and seats are confirmed by email because the room is small. We never ask for payment for a seat.
Which day, and where?
The first week of November: Tuesday 3, Wednesday 4 or Thursday 5, 1:00 to 3:00 PM. The day goes to the date most reservations pick, so reserving early gives you a say. The venue is in Vancouver, and its address goes to confirmed seats first.
Who should come?
Owners, managers and team leads from any industry. It is not a technical session. Nobody writes code, and nothing in the afternoon needs a technical background.
What do I bring?
A laptop, your logins to the tools you already use, and one task from your own week that you would hand to a good new hire. That task is what your AI employee is built on.
Which AI tools do you use?
The ones your company already has or is allowed to use. We are not tied to a vendor, and we keep the skills general so they still work when the tools change.
Our data is sensitive.
Good. The rules are part of the build: only the data you allow, nothing customer-facing without a person's yes, and the exercise runs on a cleaned-up copy of your material where needed.
Can my team come too?
Yes. Add their names on the form and we hold the seats together, subject to the room. If you would rather have the whole session for your own company, say so in the note and we will send the in-house outline.
I cannot make that week.
Pick "Not that week" on the form. You will hear about the next Vancouver date before anyone else.
